About the Role

As a seasonal assembler at AriensCo, you will be responsible for assembling outdoor power equipment in our manufacturing facility. We are seeking dependable and enthusiastic individuals to join our 1st shift team in Brillion, WI.

Job Responsibilities
  • Safe operation of machines and tools
  • Livesthe AriensCo core values and principles
  • Work as part of a team to assemble outdoor power equipment
  • Perform any assembly-type functions using hand or power tools
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must be able to stand for 10 hours a day and lift up to 35lbs at varying frequencies. You must also be able to use hands to position parts in a fast-paced environment and wear required personal protective equipment.

Benefits

This is a seasonal opportunity with a starting hourly rate of $16/hour, guaranteed to increase by $1 every 6 months until reaching $20/hour. The schedule is Monday-Thursday, 4:30AM-2:30PM, with 4 days x 10 hours per week.
