Job Description: AriensCo is currently seeking dependable, enthusiastic seasonal employees to join our 1st shift manufacturing team in Brillion, WI. Pay: Starts at \$16/hour and you are guaranteed a \$1/hour increase every 6 months until you reach \$20/hour Schedule & Shift: Monday - Thursday (4 days x 10 hours) working 4:30AM - 2:30PM THE DAY TO DAY... Safe operation of machine and tools Live and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles Work as part of a team having responsibility for assembling outdoor power equipment Perform any assembly-type functions using hand or power tools Operates equipment needed to perform the job Strict adherence to standard work Assist team members in other areas if needed to meet daily production goals Ability to problem solve effectively Ability to communicate THE QUALIFICATIONS...
