About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Porter/Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Towne Park. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall cleanliness and upkeep of our garage facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general cleaning duties to maintain a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks to ensure the proper functioning of garage facility equipment and common area waste receptacles.
  • Assist with customer issues in the parking area, including lock-outs, flat tires, battery jump, and lost vehicle assistance.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
