Responsibilities:

  • Operate heavy-duty tow trucks and specialized equipment to safely transport vehicles.

  • Assess damage to vehicles and determine appropriate towing methods.
  • Securely load and unload vehicles onto the tow truck, ensuring proper safety measures are followed.
  • Maintain accurate records of all towing operations, including customer information, vehicle details, and mileage.
