  • Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student growth and development.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a smooth and successful program.
  • Collaborate with other instructors and staff to plan and implement program activities and events.
  • Assist with program marketing and recruitment efforts to attract new students and families.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, or a related field.
  • One year of teaching experience with a targeted age group of 5-7, 7-10, 11-14, or 14-17.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of schedules, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
