Job Requirements
This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 4+ years of experience in Building Automation, HVAC, or a related technical field, and the ability to climb ladders or use lift equipment over 8 feet above grade. The ideal candidate must also have valid and current Driver's License and be insurable by the company's insurance.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, Associate Degree, Technical/Business School Certificate or Diploma in HVAC, Controls, or related field.
- Proficient with advanced building automation software, such as WebCTRL, and installing building automation controls.
- Ability to navigate and integrate into various building automation systems.
- Expert with TCP/IP networks including wireless technology.
- Experience interacting with multiple challenges, requiring knowledge of multiple disciplines.
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications.
