Job Responsibilities:
As a key member of our healthcare team, you will:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients to formulate, implement, and evaluate personalized care plans.
- Administer and document therapeutic interventions, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
- Effectively navigate and manage dynamic clinical situations.
- Engage in collaborative clinical decision-making with fellow healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, care requirements, and wellness strategies.
- Oversee and coordinate care provided by nursing staff and other healthcare team members.
- Uphold high standards of professional ethics and patient safety practices.
- Participate in the orientation and ongoing education of the healthcare team.

- Maintain professional competencies and stay updated on current nursing practices.
Qualifications:
Applicants must possess a valid RN license in New Jersey, with compliance to the state's licensing regulations.
Demonstrated expertise in nursing practices, hospital protocols, and standards is essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively coordinate team efforts are also required.
