The estimated salary for this position is $58,000 - $68,000 per year, depending on experience.

This is a full-time opportunity that offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and vision insurance, free dental treatment, PTO, and 401K.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient scheduling, ensuring timely and efficient appointment management.
  • Communicate with patients regarding provider availability, providing excellent customer service.
  • Collect patient payments, co-payments, and deductibles, maintaining accurate records.
  • Descriptively explain insurance coverage to patients, ensuring they understand their benefits.
  • Manage and maintain patient charts, projecting future appointments to improve patient convenience.
  • Provide engaging patient service, exemplifying extraordinary customer service.
  • Assist in explaining patient treatment plans, ensuring patients understand their care.

Requirements:

  • Office administration or receptionist experience (required).
  • Dental Administration experience (preferred).
