Job Summary:

Maryhaven, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate PCA (Patient Care Assistant) to lead our women’s services team. As a key member of our staff, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the unit, ensuring a therapeutic environment that fosters recovery and growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise PCA staff and ensure seamless daily operations
  • Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment within the unit
  • Facilitate unit maintenance and programming
  • Oversee daily structure and activities

Requirements:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in human services or behavioral science with at least 1 year of experience in chemical dependency treatment
  • Valid State of Ohio Chemical Dependency Counselor Assistant (CDCA) certification preferred
