About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pediatric Emergency Nurse to join our team at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital. As a Pediatric Emergency Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the well-being of our young patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to pediatric patients in the emergency department, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in pediatric emergency care.
  • Contribute to a culture of safety and quality by identifying and reporting potential risks and near misses.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • National Provider PALS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire.
  • 1 year Nursing experience.
