Overview

Responsibilities

As a travel RN, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of patients' home care, collaborating with patient care teams to develop and implement care plans, educating families on patient condition, needs, and care, and performing head-to-toe physical assessments. You will also be responsible for checking vital signs, managing medications, giving injections, IV therapy, or tube feedings, administering and maintaining catheters, and completing documentation timely and accurately. Additionally, you will supervise LPNs and HHAs and regularly communicate patient progress to the clinical manager, physician, and care team.

Qualifications

To be eligible for this role, you must have one year of nursing experience, a current RN license specific to the state(s) you are assigned to work, current CPR certification, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and liability insurance. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
