Key Responsibilities- Support individuals with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene and meal preparation
- Assist with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- Encourage participation in community activities and hobbies
- Provide emotional support and companionship
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Competitive hourly rate: $20.00 per hour
- Pay on demand
- Full benefits package for employees working 32+ hours/week, including a 401(k) with a 3% company match
- Paid time off and holiday pay
