Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver Specialist to join our team. As a Caregiver Specialist, you will provide personalized support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, enabling them to thrive in their communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist individuals with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene and mobility
  • Support individuals with behavioral challenges and complex needs
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to promote independence and well-being
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Patience, compassion, and reliability
