Job Title: Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Nuvance Health Med Practice CT. As a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with physicians, and assisting patients in recovering from acute illnesses while minimizing the effects of chronic illnesses.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide medical care for patients in collaboration with a physician
  • Assist patients in recovering from acute illnesses
  • Minimize the effects of chronic illnesses
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies
  • State of CT RN and APRN license
  • CT Controlled Substances and Federal DEA Registration
  • Current Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) or Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner
