Mandatory Skills:

Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Experience with Skype for Business, Jabber, Cisco CMS, VTC systems, Oracle SBCs, and other unified communications technologies.
Demonstrated experience as a Unified Communications Specialist or in a similar capacity, with a focus on Microsoft Teams migration and administration.
In-depth expertise in Microsoft Teams administration, including voice and video integration, channels, chat, and collaboration tools.

Desired Skills:
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Certification Required:
IAT Level II certification required
CompTIA Security+ CE

Experience:
High School or GED - 20 Years
Bachelor's Degree - 25 Years

Clearance Required:
TS/SCI FS poly
Position necessitates a TS/SCI clearance.
