Its development was influenced by requirements from USAF Supply Chain clients, showcasing an appealing business proposition that has resulted in significant cost savings.

Position Overview

The AI product from our technology-driven organization stands out in the market. Our SaaS application is on the verge of being launched as a certified application on the DoD Cloud. We are in search of a Corporate Development Executive capable of elevating our business through strategic partnerships and potential exit strategies. The initial focus will be on crafting and implementing a Go-To-Market strategy for our offering.

Following a successful tenure as a part-time Business Development consultant, the ideal candidate will progress to more rewarding positions that may include commissions from multimillion-dollar sales and potential equity in M&A exits.

The consultant is expected to possess an established network of contacts within the defense and aerospace sectors. Key customer and partner domains may include NAVAIR, Army aviation, airlines, aircraft MRO service providers, enterprise IT vendors, and consultancies specializing in AI for sustainment.

Required Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in selling enterprise software within the Defense/Airlines/Aviation sectors, both directly and through partnerships/channels.
  • Demonstrated success in closing deals exceeding $1M.
  • Corporate development qualifications substantiated by relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with AI or Advanced Analytics businesses.
  • Strong understanding of and experience in selling Enterprise IT applications.
  • Interest in working with a start-up environment and contributing to its success.
  • Experience with M&A transactions is advantageous.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as necessary.

  • All candidates must be US Citizens.
  • The position will commence remotely from a home office, with occasional in-person meetings as required.
