Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional care and support to Unaccompanied Children and/or families during travel
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals in your care
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate travel arrangements and ensure smooth transitions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with families and children to provide emotional support and reassurance
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations to ensure compliance and quality service
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, such as social work, child welfare, or transportation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Valid driver's license and ability to obtain necessary certifications
