About the Role

MVM, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Travel Youth Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Child and Family Protection team, you will be responsible for providing secure and humane treatment and service to Unaccompanied Children and/or families, while accompanying them on domestic or international flights and/or via ground transportation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional care and support to Unaccompanied Children and/or families during travel
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all individuals in your care
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to coordinate travel arrangements and ensure smooth transitions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with families and children to provide emotional support and reassurance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations to ensure compliance and quality service
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, such as social work, child welfare, or transportation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain necessary certifications
