Competitive Compensation & Benefits:

  • Signing Bonus of $15,000 with a 3-year commitment, disbursed in installments.
  • Salary is competitive across all experience levels.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a Registered or Certified Therapist license in Montana.
  • Current in Basic Life Support (BLS).
  • Current in Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), or able to obtain within 6 months of employment.

Position Description:

We are in search of a reliable, patient-centered Respiratory Care Specialist to become part of our Respiratory Department, providing care in both inpatient and outpatient environments. Your responsibilities will include delivering high-quality respiratory treatments and assessments across all age demographics, educating patients and their families, and contributing to the development of effective discharge plans.
