Banquet Bartender

We are seeking a skilled Banquet Bartender to join our team at the Wailea Beach Resort Marriott, Maui. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and attend to tables with a warm and welcoming smile
• Prepare and serve a diverse selection of cocktails, wine, and champagne
• Stock and maintain the bar area, ensuring a clean and organized environment
• Process all payment methods and complete cashier reports
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience

Requirements:

• Previous bartending experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs
• Positive outlook and outgoing personality
• Great storytelling skills
