Banquet Bartender

At Auberge Resorts Collection, we are seeking a skilled Banquet Bartender to join our team. As a Banquet Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to our guests in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beers, and wines to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our drink menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that guests feel welcome and valued throughout their dining experience.
• Work collaboratively with the banquet team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.

• 1+ years of experience as a bartender in a high-volume, upscale environment.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, beers, and wines, including mixology techniques and pairing principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality service.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
