Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome children and their guardians with warmth while overseeing their arrival and departure.
- Facilitate daily creative activities and crafts for children across various age groups.
- Implement child care regulations to uphold a safe atmosphere.
- Create a welcoming and safe space for both parents and children.
- Address feedback and concerns from parents promptly and effectively.
- Assist emergency medical services during critical situations with confidence.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Completion of a 1-year program from a college or technical institution is desirable.
- A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in child care is preferred.
- CPR/AED certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
- Capability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism.
- Proficiency in computer applications is required.
