Job Summary

The Construction Project Supervisor is responsible for the safety and direct supervision of staff on multi-family construction projects. This role requires strong communication, interpersonal relations, organization, planning, and supervisory skills to work with owners, architects, engineers, construction crews, vendors, subcontractors, and others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise construction staff and ensure a safe working environment
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project completion
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, quality control standards, and OSHA regulations
  • Develop and implement construction plans and procedures
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or certificate in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred
  • At least 4 years of experience in construction project supervision, with multi-family construction experience preferred
  • Prior experience with ProCore and RSMeans
  • Prior project management software/program experience
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and plans
  • Knowledge of multi-family home construction processes, building codes, and quality control standards
  • Knowledgeable of applicable OSHA safety requirements
