Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Service Operations: Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of culinary professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering, storage, and rotation of food and supplies, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and guidelines.
  • Financial Management: Manage the department budget, ensuring effective use of resources and achieving financial targets.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management, Culinary Arts, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in hospitality or fine dining industries, with a proven track record of success in food service operations.
  • Certifications: Current ServSafe certification and ability to obtain other relevant certifications as required.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team of culinary professionals. Proficient in inventory management, financial management, and customer service.
