Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
  • Food Quality and Safety: Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to our recipes, portioning, cooking, and serving standards.
  • Cash Handling and Reconciliation: Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with our restaurant policies and procedures.
  • Team Leadership: Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations, and assist the restaurant management team in achieving stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of one year of supervisory experience and a minimum of two years of restaurant experience.
  • Skills: Must have the stamina to work a minimum of 55 hours a week, be able to travel out of state for a 2 1/2 week training course, and have a valid driver's license and be ServSafe & TABC certified.
  • Personality: Personable, friendly, and outgoing personality, with a strong ability to train, coach, and direct others, and a superior customer service and people skills.
