About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team at Allied Universal Janitorial Services. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our client's properties, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for patrons and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and service client properties to the highest standards
  • Assist patrons and customers in a friendly and engaging manner
  • Operate various cleaning equipment and machinery, including scrubbers, pressure washers, and carpet extractors
  • Work in various environments and conditions, including cold weather, rain, snow, or heat
  • Lift and carry items and/or machinery up to 50 pounds
Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
