Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Ensure that all inventory is accurately counted, stored, and shipped in a timely manner.
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of material handlers to achieve our inventory management goals, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to inventory management, team performance, and process efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role, with at least 1-2 years of leadership experience.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, processes, and systems. Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, work in a fast-paced environment, and maintain accurate records.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a cold environment for extended periods of time.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience: Experience working in a warehouse, production/manufacturing facility, or stock room.
