Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of material handlers to ensure that all warehouse operations are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve communication.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Ability to work in a cold environment for extended periods of time.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.
