About this Role:

This is an interim non-exempt position until the trainee has received certification of program completion and been placed into a branch. Successful completion of the Branch Manager Readiness program is a pre-requisite to transition into a non-exempt Associate Branch Manager (ABM) or exempt Branch Manager (BM) role.

Our Branch Managers are responsible for leading, managing, and developing a diverse team of direct and indirect reports, creating a culture that fosters engagement and generates commitment to business outcomes. Successful Branch Managers are able to lead a highly defined customer engagement process, coaching to specific behaviors that lead to an enhanced customer experience and drive growth in the business, while also driving accountability for operational excellence.

In this role, you will coach, develop, and build a high-performing team to execute on business strategies, achieve results, and drive growth of the business. This includes coaching bankers to engage customers to understand their needs and work proactively to build relationships and help customers succeed financially.

You will also resolve low to moderately complex issues regarding the customer and employee experience, risk, and growth of the team and the business to meet Branch Network business objectives. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for making banking easier for customers through education and demonstration of available digital options to support adoption and customer convenience.

This SAFE position has customer contact and job duties which may include the offering/negotiating of terms and/or taking an application for a dwelling secured transaction. As such, this position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations. Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements, including acceptable background investigation results.

The estimated salary range for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This figure includes the base pay and does not account for additional benefits, bonuses, or overtime pay. Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 2+ years of leadership experience
