Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate shuttle buses safely and efficiently, adhering to DOT regulations and company policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, offering directions, and ensuring a positive experience for each passenger.
  • Perform vehicle inspections, maintain cleanliness, fuel buses, and log trip counts.
  • Assist disabled passengers and report any safety hazards or incidents to the Facility Manager.
  • Communicate with the garage office regarding debris, water, oil spills, and other issues.
  • Substitute for cashiers or valets when necessary, if authorized.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of the garage, major streets, landmarks, and freeways to assist customers.
  • Assist customers with luggage and other traveling items, if applicable.

Qualifications:

  • Less than High School education or one month related experience, training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Valid CDL Class A, B, or C Driver's License with Passenger Endorsement.
  • DOT Medical Card.
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and write simple instructions, correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to effectively present information to customers and other employees.
