Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales Associate who will have a passion for our products and our customers, creating a unique experience for them. The ideal candidate will be able to identify customers' needs through our proprietary selling process, demonstrate and quote products, and close sales. Additionally, the Sales Associate will share their passion for the brand and product through social media, live demonstrations, and live chats to grow brand awareness and sales revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed all goals and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Utilize our proprietary selling process to provide outstanding service to customers
  • Represent Lovesac on social media platforms and showcase features and benefits of our products
  • Offer additional financing options to customers
  • Consistently educate clients on current promotional offerings and products
  • Maintain inventory integrity and accuracy
  • Assist in the execution of promotional campaigns
  • Partner with store management to ensure customer service issues are resolved
  • Maintain store standards and ensure a positive customer experience
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of related sales experience
  • Results-driven and able to meet or exceed KPIs and goals
  • Self-motivated and driven to sell
  • Proven time management skills and ability to adapt to a changing business environment
  • Superior communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with fellow employees
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to use various equipment and software
About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires morning, evening, weekend, and holiday availability. Associate pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, and competencies.
