Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough cleaning of windows, walls, and various surfaces.
  • Maintain cleanliness of floors through vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping.
  • Utilize floor maintenance equipment, including buffers and waxers.
  • Manage waste disposal by collecting and disposing of trash and debris.
  • Ensure restrooms are cleaned and stocked daily.
  • Set up and dismantle rooms for events and meetings.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of outdoor areas adjacent to building entrances.
  • Assist with minor repairs as needed.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of cleaning methods and materials.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • The ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively.

Physical Requirements

Candidates must be capable of lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 lbs and pushing heavier loads. The role may involve exposure to various environmental conditions.

This position is classified as non-exempt and may require the employee to be available during emergencies.
