The Panel Technician position plays a vital role in the production of Precision Pumping Systems' products. This self-directed and collaborative position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure high-quality products for our customers.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Fabricate parts by wiring and assembling panels.
  • Drill, tap, crimp, torque, and route wires and components per schematics, wiring diagrams, and UL 508-A.
  • Verify work and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
  • Work independently or with a team.
  • Train others as needed.
  • Report non-conformances to area lead or supervisor as they arise.
  • Utilize safe, quality practices and systems.
  • Maintain an organized, clean work area.
  • Record time for jobs.
  • Package control panels for shipment.
  • Cross-train and learn other functions in manufacturing.
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with hours from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Precision Pumping Systems is a non-smoking facility. All applicants must be legally able to work in the US and provide a valid Driver's License and clean MVR. Additionally, applicants may be subject to successful completion of pre-employment background screening.
