  • Financial Management
    • Develop strategic plans and tactics to achieve business objectives.

  • Guest Satisfaction and Service
    • Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through effective service delivery and quality food preparation.

    • Recruit, hire, and develop Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
    • Objectively assess team performance and develop strategies to improve productivity and service standards.
  • Quality Management
    • Ensure compliance with productivity and service standards.
    • Lead the restaurant team through change, communicating and showing support for the change.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving business results.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong analytical and financial management skills.
