About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Program Manager to join our team at Oracle, driving large-scale infrastructure programs for building our Cloud Infrastructure. As a key member of our Security Products Group, you will be responsible for leading projects that help our customers secure their data, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the development and implementation process of cloud-based products, working closely with departmental and cross-functional teams.
  • Plan and direct schedules, monitor budgets, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
  • Lead complex projects, applying advanced technical and business skills, and project management methodologies.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and experience driving large-scale projects in public cloud providers or telcos.
  • Heavy expertise in managing complex programs spanning across multiple functions/teams.
  • Experience with continuous improvement or Kaizen processes.
  • Strong verbal, written communication, and detailed-oriented skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adjust to changing priorities, and maintain a can-do attitude.
  • Self-starter with sound business judgment to solve complex issues.
  • Project Management Methodologies.
