Key Responsibilities- Respond to calls and requests for surveillance coverage in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct surveillance through the CCTV system, utilizing necessary equipment to observe, report, and record procedural violations and unusual activities.
- Communicate violations to supervisory personnel and document incidents accurately and thoroughly.
- Write reports, complete logs, and maintain spreadsheets to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Conduct reviews as assigned and document equipment malfunctions.
- Must have a good working knowledge of internal controls, company policies, and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests, promoting positive relations and a safe environment.
- Attend court as needed and testify in cases involving surveillance recordings and documents.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in casino surveillance or Table Games & Poker preferred.
- Must be able to successfully complete and maintain the background check and licensing process, required by the Delaware Lottery.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, effectively communicate with co-workers and management, and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to read and interpret documents, work independently with minimal supervision, and sit for at least a full eight-hour shift.
- Basic working knowledge of computer technology and software, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and adhere to the Close Personal Relationship Policy - Fraternization.
