Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track infections to ensure a safe and healthy environment for residents and staff
- Ensure nursing staff compliance with policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care
- Uphold infection control principles to prevent the spread of infections
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement effective infection control strategies
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license with no disciplinary actions
- Supervisory experience in a Skilled Nursing setting is preferred
