Job Overview

The Kia Country of Hilton Head is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the role of Automotive Deal Billing Clerk within our Accounting Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process all transactions related to new and pre-owned vehicle sales, ensuring that all documentation is complete and precise.
  • Handle the processing of pay-off checks for trade-ins, ensuring timely delivery to the respective financial institutions.
  • Create and maintain detailed commission reports to assist in monitoring sales performance.
  • Efficiently route completed transactions to the title clerk upon receipt of funds.
  • Conduct daily reconciliation of deposits to uphold accurate financial records.
  • Provide necessary administrative support to management and various departments as required.
  • Perform additional accounting tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
  • Proficient in accounting software and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently while consistently meeting deadlines.
  • Prior experience in a similar position is preferred.
