Job Overview

JobsRUs is seeking skilled material handling professionals to operate forklifts effectively.


Key Responsibilities

As a Material Handling Specialist, your primary duties will include:

  • Efficiently unloading large pallets of goods from incoming transport vehicles and organizing them in designated storage areas.
  • Locating and transferring stock items to pallets or containers for storage or distribution.
  • Identifying any damages and reporting shortages or quality issues promptly.
  • Transporting raw materials to designated production areas.
  • Conducting inspections on machinery to assess repair needs and ensure safety through regular maintenance.
  • Maintaining accurate records of inventory and operational logs.
  • Adhering to company policies and legal regulations.
  • Contributing to a safe and organized work environment.

Work Schedule

Shift Hours:
First Shift: 7 am - 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday
Second Shift: 4:00 pm - 12:30 am, Monday to Friday


Qualifications

Candidates must possess a minimum of one year of experience operating sit-down forklifts and hold a valid certification.
