Job Summary and Qualifications

As a Stroke Advanced Practice Nurse (APN, NP, CNS) Program Coordinator at HCA HealthONE Swedish, you will play a critical role in implementing and ensuring optimal inpatient care and outcomes for stroke patients. You will work under the general administration of the Swedish Stroke Medical Director to develop and implement evidence-based standards and guidelines for patient care, protocol development, data collection and analysis, quality improvement, disease prevention, research, and professional education.

  • Working knowledge of healthcare data with strong analytical skills is essential for this role.
  • Excellent communication and data presentation skills are also required to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Clinical data and research strategy, with a focus on programmatic value improvement, is necessary for success in this position.

We have an estimated salary range of $103,521.60 - $155,188.80 per year. Please note that factors such as specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees may affect your actual salary.
