Role Overview

Are you a motivated individual with experience in sales, retail, or customer service? We are looking for enthusiastic Car Sales Associates to join our team at Westway Ford.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and assist customers who visit the dealership.
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them in selecting the right vehicle.
  • Communicate product features, advantages, and benefits effectively.
  • Present all available options for customer consideration.
  • Establish strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty.
  • Deliver high-quality presentations and demonstrations of vehicles.
  • Master the sales process, including overcoming objections and closing sales.
  • Report regularly to the Sales Manager on objectives and activities.
Candidate Requirements
  • Prior experience in automotive sales is essential.
  • Comfortable with a commission-based compensation structure.
  • High energy and enthusiasm throughout the workday.
  • Outgoing personality, especially in negotiations.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to undergo a drug screening prior to employment.
