About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Primary Care team at Rochester Regional Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care and services, promoting and restoring patients' health through the nursing process.
  • Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Perform various treatment procedures and provide physical, educational, and emotional support to patients, friends, and families.
  • Supervise assigned team members and maintain effective communication to convey patient health status, treatment plans, and progress.
  • Manage electronic health records, ensuring accurate patient and provider documentation and communication.
  • Adhere to department and system protocols, regulations, and education requirements.
Requirements
  • AS in Nursing (Required)
  • BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association (AHA)
  • RN - Registered Nurse - New York State Education Department (NYSED)
