Job Summary

Motlow State Community College is seeking a qualified Adjunct Clinical Nursing Faculty member to join our team. As a clinical nursing faculty member, you will be responsible for providing high-quality instruction in accordance with the catalog description and approved course syllabus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach courses as assigned, including dual enrollment classes at area high schools
  • Collaborate with faculty and administration to support students, strategic plan, and business operations
  • Stay current with developments in the teaching discipline, including scholarship and creative research
  • Teach up to 12 credit hours per semester as assigned
  • Perform all duties in accordance with TBR and MSCC policies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from a regionally accredited college or university
  • Active unencumbered Tennessee RN license and CPR for Healthcare Provider certification
  • Three years of Community College teaching experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in discipline or a qualifying field from a regionally accredited college or university
  • Three years of Community College teaching experience
