Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Attending Physician and a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive health assessments and develop a plan of care for a diverse and complex patient population.
- Support a robust ambulatory clinic, including infusion services, and document patient information in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide patient and family education, utilize prescriptive authority, and work in collaboration with the attending physician.
- Candidates should possess strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills, as well as a passion for working in a collaborative setting.
- NYS licensed/registered NP or PA required (NYS NP specialty area of certification must be consistent with practice).
- Must have NPI number and be Medicare Enrolled with Medicare Identification Number (or PTAN) OR be eligible for Medicare Enrollment within 6 months of hire.
- Initial certification must be present or obtained within 6 months of hire.
- Current CPR certification through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross is required.
- Previous experience in ID, procedural, and/or infusion services is preferable.

Salary:$92,000 - $147,004 (based on full-time, 1.0 FTE, and prorated accordingly for less than 1.0 FTE).
