About the Role

Corteva Agriscience is seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team at our York Nebraska production location. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our electrical and mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities

As a Maintenance Electrician, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with the management of plant electrical systems, including regular inspections and troubleshooting of equipment and systems.
  • Leading and fostering a safety culture with team members, driving maintenance and reliability of the process control network.
  • Developing and communicating changes and improvements made to equipment, as well as estimating labor and equipment costs.
  • Maintaining and working on various electrical equipment, including 12V to 480V systems.
  • Interpreting electric code applications and performing preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical equipment.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma/GED and previous electrical experience with voltages ranging from 24v to 480v 3 phase.
  • Excellent problem-solving, conflict resolution, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and knowledge of control systems, electrical panels, and blueprints.
  • A valid US driver's license and willingness to work rotating days, shiftwork, and overtime as needed.
