Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Design and Billing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the billing process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the billing process, including reviewing and processing customer agreements, annual reviews, and refunds.
  • Assist with the design and implementation of distribution systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Perform data entry and tracking of refundable work orders, and provide capital budget reporting to various departments.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless operations and high levels of accuracy.
  • Provide support for entry-level designers, assisting with distribution design and other tasks as needed.
  • Focus on CIAC billing, with distribution design as a secondary responsibility.
  • Work in a hybrid environment, with a mix of onsite and remote work.

Requirements:

  • Associate degree in a relevant field, such as design, engineering, or GIS, or 2-4 years of experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
  • GIS, AutoCAD, or designing experience preferred.
  • Project manager experience desired.
