Job Title: Professional Land Surveyor/Plat Specialist

CORRE Inc is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Professional Land Surveyor/Plat Specialist to join our infrastructure department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating multiple projects throughout the plat submittal and approval process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating with design staff and surveyors to ensure accurate and timely plat development.
  • Training staff on plat development processes and procedures.
  • Gathering and analyzing data, preparing reports, and documents related to easements, rights-of-way, and other property rights.
  • Conducting property research, acquiring surveys, and verifying existing rights-of-way.
  • Developing Transportation Project Plats (TPP), traditional right-of-way plats, and acquisition exhibits.
Requirements:
  • Two-year technical degree in a related field.
  • Professional Land Surveying License.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Experience working with WisDOT.
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Strong math and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work well either alone or as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge and expertise with Civil 3D.
  • Understanding of the WisDOT transportation design process.
  • Experience with Trimble office and Trimble survey equipment/software.
