Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to lead our tire sales and service team at Big O Tires. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and service into our Big O Tire Service Centers, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and mentoring our team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate our tire sales and service team to achieve sales targets and high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in our tire and automotive repair business.
  • Collaborate with our operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and efficient store operations.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve their performance and skills.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Service Manager in the tire and automotive repair industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and lead a team.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Valid in-state driver's license.
