Electrical Power Systems Hardware Engineer

At Blue Origin, we're pushing the boundaries of space exploration and development. As an Electrical Power Systems Hardware Engineer, you'll play a critical role in designing and developing the electrical power systems for our spacecraft.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead high and low voltage, avionic designs that interact with electrical power consumers.
  • Own the design, analysis, prototyping, and testing of electrical power systems, from concept to production.
  • Support power regulation and distribution architecture trade studies, analyses, and performance characterization.
  • Participate in program-level technology development, mission assurance, and safety initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or related disciplines.
  • Experience in electronics hardware development, including high voltage switching and power distribution.
  • Strong understanding of electrical power systems, including high and low voltage distribution, and power regulation and conversion.
