Responsibilities
  • Coding and unit testing
  • Assisting in application design
  • Code review
  • Staying up-to-date with technology advancements and ensuring our product technology stack is optimized for strategic growth
  • Designing and developing core extensions to an innovative web application framework
  • Collaborating with multiple engineering teams and multi-functional collaborators

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong understanding of Java (latest version), Spring Boot, and Spring MVC
  • Proficiency in MySQL and SQL for database management
  • Experience with JavaScript for front-end development
  • Experience with AWS for application deployment and management
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Keen eye for detail and commitment to quality
  • Experience in the Cards & Payments domain is a plus
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies is desirable
  • Ability to mentor and guide junior developers
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
