About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Pinehurst Surgical Clinic PA. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Position patients accurately and ensure that high-quality diagnostic images are produced.
  • Work closely with radiologists to ensure that patient needs are met and that diagnostic images are interpreted accurately.
  • Prepare patients and documentation for diagnostic testing, including obtaining EMR charts and orders for x-rays.
  • Operate computerized radiologic equipment and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that patients are satisfied with their experience.
  • Perform regular maintenance on x-ray equipment and ensure that it is functioning properly.
  • Assist doctors in various duties as assigned and provide support to other departments as needed.
Requirements
  • One year of experience in radiologic technology preferred.
  • Graduation from a Certified Radiologic Technology program.
  • CRT and ARRT Certification.
  • Current BCLS certification.
  • Ability to conduct quality control studies and use medical terminology appropriately.
Personal Characteristics
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and excellent telephone skills.
  • Maintains confidentiality and has a service-oriented approach.
  • Knowledge of infection control, sterile technique, and basic health and safety precautions.
